Production Time

Producing time depends on the type of art you purchase:

In-stock item - Will be shipped in 3 business days.

Custom painting - Processing time is 21 business days and once it is shipped it will take 5-7 business days to be delivered.

For quantity order, please contact us at info@artdiscoverer.com to confirm the accurate time frame.

Packing

All paintings are packed carefully in a strong Paper tube, shipped with DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, 5-7 days delivery to your home.

Can I change/update my order at any point in time? 

Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, contact info@artdiscoverer.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the item is not in production. Please contact info@artdiscoverer.com.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently sell products in the United States. Now we do not offer worldwide shipping.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We mostly use DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Hassle-free returns and exchanges. Return it for a FULL refund or get a replacement just as easy as you purchase it.

We want happy customers! For any reason, if you don't like the painting you received, you can return it in its original package and condition in 30 days on the receipt of it. For full return policy go to our Refund Policy page.

How long does a refund take to process?

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 15 business days for us to process the refund. For PayPal account holders, up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal account. For credit card refunds between 7-14 business days for the transaction to be completed.

Lost & Damages

We pack all paintings in strong Paper tube very carefully, normally it arrives safely. However, sometimes, it might arrive damaged, so, VERY IMPORTANT! Unpack the package in front of the courier, if it's damaged, please follow the below STEPS:

Step #1 Please ask courier man to write “the item is damaged/broken” or something like that on the waybill. You can keep your package after you and courier man both confirm the damages.

Step #2 Please take photos of the broken package (every side of it) and damages on painting to me, Let me deal with courier companies and will arrange to deliver a new painting immediately.

If the courier just leave package at your door, there is no way you can confirm damages in front of courier man, please ignore step 1 and continue to step 2

Keep the damaged painting and the package until the problem is solved.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Art Discoverer currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  We also accept payments made through PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

I don’t have a PayPal account. What should I do?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, AfterPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. 

You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:
1) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4) Click Continue to return to ArtDiscoverer. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on ArtDiscoverer.com.
